Homely cottage for all holiday outdoor activities.

The village of Portknockie overlooks the small harbour and the stunning views of the Moray Firth where dolphins and seals may be spotted at play.

The comfortable and homely cottage is excellently situated for all holiday outdoor activities including sailing, jet skiing, golf courses nearby, woodland walks, beach combing, rock exploring, and within easy reach for Aviemore Outdoor Centre and Elgin swimming area to name but a few although there are plenty more could be mentioned.

Entry to the cottage is via the front door which has disability grab rails to assist with the small steps accessing the front door and there is also a designated disabled parking space at the door.

Internally there is a small ramp to the kitchen and there are hand grab rails and a few steps going out to the very private rear garden. The cottage sits in its own private ground where one can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the private garden.

There is a large lounge downstairs with an electric fire and the cottage also has gas central heating and double glazing. There is also internet at the cottage.

The shower enclosure and toilet are also equipped with grab hand rails for assisting disabled people.

Upstairs there is a huge attic bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed with ample space for family members.

You are within walking distance to the superb beaches where dolphins and seals can sometimes be spotted along with a large variety of birds. Children can play happily on the beach or explore the free range dunes area.
